Herbed Oven "Fried" Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1 1/4 lb. skinned and boned chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
dash of salt
dash of pepper
dash of garlic powder
Preparation

In small bowl combine crumbs and seasonings.
Dip chicken strips in water, then crumb mixture.
Press crumbs to thoroughly coat.
Spray baking sheet with Pam.
Arrange chicken on sheet and sprinkle evenly with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until tender, about 20 minutes.
