Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Sift together first 4 ingredients and mix well.
Add oil, eggs, vanilla and carrots.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
