Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini (unpeeled if tender, peeled if not)
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and oil; add vanilla.
    Add zucchini.
    Sift and add flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and baking powder.
    Add chopped walnuts.
    Bake in 2 well-greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
