Cream Of Celery Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. thinly sliced celery and tops, to be added later
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion and tops
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. chicken stock
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    1 c. cooked chicken
    1/2 small can pimento
Preparation
    Melt butter, add celery and onion, saute for 5 minutes.
    Blend in flour, add stock and milk.
    Cook until soup has thickened. Stir in celery leaves, salt and pepper.
    Garnish with pimento.
