Corn Pone Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. cornbread mix
    1 (7 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans, drained
    1 (14.5 oz.) can Mexican stewed tomatoes, drained
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion in skillet until meat crumbles. Drain well.
    Stir in corn, beans, tomatoes and pepper.
    Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
    Pour into an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Set aside.
    Mix cornbread according to package directions and pour over mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
