Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lb. ground meat
6 slices bread, soaked in milk
3 whole eggs, beaten
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
salt to taste
1/2 c. parsley, finely chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Make meatballs and fry them in shortening; cook halfway and simmer in sauce for 40 to 45 minutes, until ready to serve.
