Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    1 1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 c. raw peanuts
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients in 4-cup glass measure.
    Cook 2 minutes on High.
    Stir.
    Cook 6 more minutes on High.
    Will be light golden.
    Add the vanilla and butter and cook 1 1/2 minutes longer.
    Add baking soda.
    Stir in and pour onto a buttered cookie sheet that's a little warm.
    Cool and break.
