Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli (10 oz.), cooked and chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. cooked rice (may be instant)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Add to a lightly greased casserole dish chopped broccoli. Saute celery and onion in butter.
    Mix cream of chicken soup with sauteed onion and celery in separate bowl, then add rice. Stir well and spread over broccoli. Spread cream of mushroom soup over rice mixture. Cook at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle grated cheese. Put back in oven until cheese melts good.
    Serve.
