Walnut Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 1/2 c. red apple, diced and unpeeled
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. celery, diced
    1/3 c. sweet pickle relish
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water.
    Add cool water and cool until begins to thicken.
    Mix diced apples with sugar and lemon juice. Add celery, pickle and chopped nuts.
    Fold into jello mixture and chill until firm.
