Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 small box Velveeta cheese
    1 bag tortilla chips
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Cook hamburger, onion and bell pepper in a skillet until brown. Mix cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes and Velveeta cheese in a pan until cheese is melted. Combine the meat mixture and the cheese mixture. Pour over tortilla chips in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer chips, then mixture, topping off with chips. Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
