Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 stick margarine (melted)
crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Thaw frozen potatoes.
Mix with other ingredients except margarine and corn flakes.
Place in large casserole dish, cover with crushed corn flakes, drizzle melted margarine over the top. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Then uncover and bake for 30 minutes more.
