Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. yellow squash
    1 egg
    2 to 3 slices bread
    1/3 to 1/2 stick butter
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    cracker crumbs (Ritz crackers)
Preparation
    Boil squash in salted water until tender.
    Cut bread slices into small pieces.
    Drain squash.
    Add butter and egg; mix well. Add bread crumbs or pieces; mix well.
    Fold cheese into mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Spread cracker crumbs on top of squash and bake for 5 or 10 more minutes.
