Confetti Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pepperoni or 1 (4 oz.) pkg.
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper strips
    7 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. chopped tomato
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
Preparation
    Fry the pepperoni in large skillet until edges curl.
    Add onion and green pepper; cook until tender.
    Toss together cooked spaghetti, cheeses, tomato and oregano.
    Add pepperoni, onions and pepper strips.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
