Vegetable Fettuccine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    2 large tomatoes, peeled and cut in thin strips
    1 carrot, cut in strips
    1 zucchini, cut in strips
    3/4 c. broccoli florets
    3/4 c. cauliflower florets
    1/4 c. snow peas
    3 garlic cloves
    1 c. whipping cream
    1/2 c. roasted red bell pepper (available in jars), sliced
    3/4 lb. fettuccine
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet; add next 7 ingredients.
    Saute for 5 minutes.
    Add cream and bell pepper; bring to boil.
