Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. oil
    beef roast
Preparation
    Beat eggs, salt, oil and milk.
    Blend in flour until smooth. Take stock from beef roast to cover bottom of pan; have it boiling.
    Pour in batter.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with gravy.
