Easy Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar
walnuts (as desired)
Preparation

Place chocolate and butter in a double-boiler and melt. Meanwhile, beat eggs until frothy and light, about 3 minutes.
Add confectioners sugar to egg mixture and beat well.
Combine chocolate mixture to egg mixture and walnuts.
Mix well.
Place on well-greased cookie sheet.
Chill 1/2 hour and cut into small squares.
