Zucchini Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. zucchini, grated and drained
    1 c. grated carrots
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. bran cereal
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grease two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pans.
    In a large bowl, beat eggs and oil; stir in brown sugar, zucchini, carrots and vanilla.
    Sift in flour, etc.
    Add bran and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
