Butterscotch Icebox Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. brown sugar
    1/2 lb. soft butter
    2 eggs
    pinch of salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. ground nuts
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, salt, vanilla and nuts.
    Then take soda and flour and mix well together.
    Mix together with sugar mixture.
    Form into 3 or 4 narrow loaves.
    Put in a cold place overnight.
    Then cut slices and place on cookie sheet and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 12 minutes.
