Beet Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. pickling spice per qt. of beets
1/2 Tbsp. pickling spice per pt.
beets

Preparation

Put cooked beets in mixture and boil.
Pour into jars and seal.
