Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 brisket
    1 bottle liquid smoke
    1 bottle barbecue sauce
    1 onion
    Worcestershire sauce
    celery salt
Preparation
    Trim brisket.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Slice onion on top. Sprinkle celery salt on top of brisket.
    Pour small amount of Worcestershire sauce on top, then pour liquid smoke on top.
    Cover with foil.
    Place in refrigerator overnight.
    Next morning, drain liquid.
    Place in 250\u00b0 oven for 5 hours.
    Last hour, pour bottle of barbecue sauce over brisket and cook.
    Melts in your mouth.
