Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 (16 oz.) cans chili beans
    2 (11 oz.) cans Mexicorn (undrained)
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. diced tomatoes (optional)
    1 c. red or green peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Brown the meat and onion. Add water with both mixes and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in rest of the ingredients and simmer 15 more minutes.
