Easy Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
1 c. sour cream
4 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Jiffy cornbread mix
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients.
Heat margarine in 1 1/2-quart pan. Pour other ingredients over margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
