Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. long grain rice
    1 c. mild salsa
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 3/4 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon (1 cube)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large skillet.
    Add rice and onion and brown lightly.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix and bring to boil.
    Cover and put on low heat, stirring occasionally until liquid is absorbed.
