Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. mild cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a 9 inch x 13 inch greased casserole dish. Melt margarine and pour over the top of potatoes.
    Mix remaining ingredients together and spread over top of potatoes.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
