Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 can crushed pineapple (small can), drained
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Sift together in a large bowl the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Add sugar, Wesson oil and eggs. Beat good.
Add carrots, pineapple and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes in greased and floured pan.
Frost with vanilla icing.
