Rena'S Get Well Quick Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 cups water
    3-4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    3 T. chicken soup base (Tone) or chicken broth
    2-3 cloves garlic-ground
    3 leeks sliced very thin (I use cuisinart)
    5-6 carrots sliced very thin
    1 cup brown rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Add all ingredients in large dutch oven, saving rice until last.
    Cook until leeks are clear and carrots are almost done (about 20 minutes on low).
    Add rice and cook until done.
    Season to taste.
    Serves a bunch.
