Pattie'S Fresh Spinach Salad "For 6" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    spinach (enough for large mixing bowl)
    5 to 6 baby carrots
    1 or 2 small onions
    5 or 6 black (ripe) olives
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 pkg. Good Seasons dressing mix (your choice), mixed as directed (or use any of your own favorite dressing)
Preparation
    Wash spinach several times, changing water each time; drain well.
    Refrigerate until needed (cover if keeping overnight). Slice carrots thinly lengthwise, then again lengthwise into \"toothpick\" size.
    Slice onions very thinly; separate into rings. Slice olives thinly; mix with pimentos and set aside (refrigerate if keeping overnight).
    Mix onions and carrots with dressing; cover and refrigerate.
    Place spinach in serving bowl.
    Top with all vegetables.
    Add dressing.
    Toss several times before serving.
