Horseradish And Beet Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (No. 1) can pickled beets, drained and finely chopped
1 (8 oz.) jar cream-style horseradish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and chill. Good with ham or hot dogs.
