Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry for 2-crust pie
4 c. blueberries
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
dash of salt
1 to 2 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. butter
dash of nutmeg
dash of cinnamon
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry.
In mixing bowl, combine blueberries, sugar, flour, lemon peel, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt. Pour filling into pastry-lined pie plate.
Drizzle with lemon juice and dot with butter.
Place top crust on filling; cut slits for escape of steam.
Seal and flute edges.
Sprinkle sugar on top of crust.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 or 40 minutes or until crust is done.
