Oriental Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak, cut into 1-inch strips
1 bunch broccoli
1/2 head cauliflower
1/2 lb. mini carrots
2 ribs celery
6 green onions
1/3 lb. snow peas
6 to 8 fresh mushrooms
1/2 green and/or red pepper
2 Tbsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 beef bouillon cube
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
cooked rice
chow mein noodles
Preparation

Put steak into freezer for about 45 minutes. Cut steak into 1-inch strips.
Wash vegetables and break broccoli and cauliflower into flowerets.
Cut carrots, celery and onions on the diagonal. Slice mushrooms.
Stir-fry onion and celery together and remove from pan.
Stir-fry carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, snow peas, pepper and mushrooms separately and remove each from pan when finished.
Stir-fry steak, ginger and garlic until done.
Remove steak.
Mix together water, soy sauce, wine vinegar, bouillon cube, cornstarch and parsley together.
Add mixture to pan and cook until thick.
Add all vegetables and steak and heat through. Serve over cooked rice and top with chow mein noodles.
Other meats and vegetables may be substituted.
