Rhubarb Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar (or more)
    dash of salt
    2 c. rhubarb (or more), cut in 1-inch chunks
    double crust for 8-inch pie
Preparation
    Beat egg, combine with dry ingredients stirring until smooth. Stir in rhubarb.
    Place filling in bottom crust; cover with top and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
