2 c. sour cream
16 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
3 large eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
6 oz. medium egg noodles, cooked and drained (3 c. cooked)
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 2-quart casserole.
Put sour cream, cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla into large bowl.
Beat until smooth.
Fold in noodles and raisins.
Bake 30 minutes.
Turn oven up to 400\u00b0 and bake 15 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes.
