Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 potatoes, peeled
    3 or 4 carrots, peeled
    1 lb. hamburger
    chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can milk
Preparation
    Brown hamburger with some onion.
    Slice a layer of potatoes into a good sized casserole, then a layer of carrots on the top of potatoes.
    Then add the browned hamburger and onion.
    Add another layer of potatoes.
    Empty can of soup and milk; pour over mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
