Fried Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large sweet potatoes or yams
    butter or cooking oil
Preparation
    Boil sweet
    potatoes in water to cover over until soft. Remove, cool and
    peel skin off.
    Slice in 1/4 inch slices and brown on each
    side
    in
    butter or oil in frying pan at medium heat.
    Drain
    on
    paper
    towels
    and sprinkle with sugar while still hot.
    Makes approximately six servings.
