Ham And Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 c. ham, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Buy 1/2 pound of ham, sliced a little thicker.
Stack and chop finely.
Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except nuts.
Cover and chill for several hours.
Form into a ball and roll in nuts to coat.
Serve with crackers.
Serves 6.
