Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans drained hominy
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese (with jalapeno pepper)
    2 hot peppers (if desired)
    1 chopped onion
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix together; top with bread crumbs and butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
