Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients together.
Cream sugar and Wesson oil.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add pumpkin and beat well.
Add dry ingredients.
Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Before baking, let set 30 minutes.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
