German Baby Pancake - cooking recipe

2 eggs
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
1 Tbsp. and 1 tsp. melted butter
lemon juice
powdered sugar
melted butter
Preparation

Beat eggs thoroughly.
Sift flour; measure and sift again with salt.
Add flour and salt to eggs in 4 additions, beating after each until mixture is smooth.
Add milk in 2 additions, beating slightly after each.
Beat in the melted butter (lightly).
Butter bottom and sides of heavy 8 or 9-inch frypan or pie pan.
Fill with mixture and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
