Banana Pudding Bahamas Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 ripe bananas
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    whipped cream or topping
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. rum flavoring
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into buttered 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly golden on top.
    Cool; cut into squares.
    Place a dollop of whipped cream or topping on each individual serving.
    Dust with confectioners sugar.
    Serves 6 to 8.
