Christy'S Texas Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (mild or hot, depending on your taste)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. or more fresh cilantro
    2 garlic cloves or 1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 jalapeno (optional)
Preparation
    Throw everything into a blender and pulse a few times. Put in jars and get your favorite chips! Enjoy! Will keep in your refrigerator for 2 to 3 weeks.
