Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil
3 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. water
16 oz. can pumpkin
2 oz. black walnuts (1/2 c.)
Preparation

In large bowl, add sugar and eggs and beat well.
Add oil and beat well.
Mix flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and soda.
Add to mixture and mix well.
Add pumpkin, water and nuts and blend well. Pour into well buttered pans.
Makes two large loaves or 3 smaller loaves.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
