Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Thoroughly cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg and vanilla together. Sift dry ingredients; blend into creamed mixture. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in sugar. Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Crisscross with fork 2 times. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool slightly. Remove from pan.
