Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
3 green onions
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 carrots, grated
1 (10 oz.) can chicken broth
2 (10 oz.) cans potato soup
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
-
Saute vegetables in margarine.
Add rest of ingredients except cheese and sour cream.
Simmer until mixed and hot, then add cheese.
Just before serving, add sour cream.
Do not boil. Serves 8; 289 calories per serving.
