Cornflake Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6-8 chicken pieces
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed
Preparation
    Beat egg and milk together.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture the roll in cornflakes.
    Place in greased baking dish.
    Bake 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees or until juices run clear.
