Crumbled Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
    1 1/2 c. chicken stock
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 stick margarine, melted
    3 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms and juice
    1 1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Blend melted butter and stuffing mix.
    Line a greased 5 x 9-inch dish with half of crumb mixture.
    Combine all other ingredients and pour over crumbs.
    Top with other half of crumbs. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
