Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion, diced
    1 qt. milk
    2 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In a double boiler, heat onion, milk and potatoes.
    In a skillet, melt butter; add flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir to blend. Add this mixture to double boiler and cook over water for 15 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Makes 6 servings.
