Layered Lettuce(6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 medium head iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, defrosted
    1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    Cheddar cheese
    bacon
Preparation
    Layer first 4 ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix mayonnaise, salad oil and sugar.
    Gently spread over layered ingredients.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and bacon on top.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.
