Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. Libby's pumpkin
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 eggs plus 1 egg yolk
    1 1/2 c. flour (scantily which means remove approximately 1 Tbsp.)
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 box coconut cream pie filling (not instant)
Preparation
    Blend with a beater the sugar, eggs, oil and pumpkin.
    Sift together the dry ingredients.
    Add dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture and mix well.
    Do not overbeat; this is a quick bread, doing so will cause the bread to be tough.
    Add nuts and pie filling; blend well.
    Generously coat loaf pans with cooking oil. Pour mixture into prepared pans.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Test with toothpick for doneness.
