Apple Pancakes Lithuanian(Blynal Su Obuoliais) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    6 tsp. butter or margarine, melted
    3 c. flour, sifted
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 apples, sliced thin or diced
Preparation
    Combine milk, eggs and melted butter.
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add liquid ingredients.
    Stir to blend.
    Add apples. Use 1/3 cup batter for each pancake.
    Brown on each side.
    Serve with honey.
