Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white, beaten well
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecan halves

Preparation

Beat egg white until soft peaks form.
Add sugar and vanilla and beat well. Coat pecans well.
Place pecan halves on greased cookie sheet about 1-inch apart.
